It doesn't seem like you need to shock...so add Baking soda to raise your TA to about 80ppm. I would also bring CYA levels up to 40ppm...slowly...don't overadd! It will take a cpl of weeks to slowly adjust it so you don't overshoot your goal. And if your pool is plaster then you need to up...

Well after even MORE rain since Memorial Day and 2 days of vacuuming to waste I am now in the high end of "normal" range for CH...400! Woohoo! very excited and happy that I did NOT drain the pool. They are reasons to be happy for the rainy season after all! Another week or so of this weather...

Watch your Calcium Hardness levels. I used to used Cal Hypo and completely lost control of the CH...only way to lower it is to dump water. Just a reminder.
