I was wondering how often do you bring your pool up to shock levels? Do you wait till you see algae or do you have a schedule you follow? I was thinking of maybe once a week. Is that too much?

Ok so I tried getting my intex swg to turn on tonight and well it came on for a second had 88 where the time is and the service like came on. Well shortly after it turned off and I can't get it to come back on. Anyone ever have this problem or know a way to fix it?

So I'm getting ready to get everything started and had a few questions. Should I start the pump and let it run before getting my first tests done? What order should I go for water testing? I read that salt is the first test done but then I'm kinda lost after that. Thanks in advance
