    I would have thought it would be the other way around. That spirals would retain the heat. On the mat style do you want as high a flow as possible?

    I'm having the same problem with a IGP in addition she keeps getting stuck on the drain. I was told there is a "adjustment" knob on the bottom of the cleaner but I have yet to find it.
