As a matter of fact, I just did it the other night as i have a 2000GPH pump with the SWG and felt the smaller holes and fittings may be putting a strain on the pump. I used the large nuts to draw the hole and cut it out with an xacto knife. Slapped the new ones in and no problems. The rubber...

Like jsf said, it's great. I've had mine about a week now, run the generator for 4 hours at night, and all the test readings are ideal. I also added 120lbs of salt to start out with. Good luck, you'll love it!! :cheers:

Just set this pool up and ran the SWG for 5 hours last night to get things rolling. PH and Chlorine are within range, and the water is clear. Here's my question as I'm a noob to these SWG's. I have always ran my filters with a little added D.E. through the skimmer as I always felt it made the...

I believe the new hoses are bigger so the whole fitting needs to come out? Need to look at things closer when it finally arrives. I guess also that's where my son will come in handy, plugging the holes while putting the new fittings through!! Thanks for the response. :cheers:
