Thanks 8-) We decided to order the concrete instead of mixing it. We now have it poured and it's ready for the stone floor to be installed.

I found a ladder on CL. I just need mounting hardware for it. I got the drain and we are getting ready to mix the concrete for each side of the pool deck and the stone will go on top. I picked up some sample stones, and they are sitting next to the ladder.

I got the gravel in for the lower patio (i'm so glad to get that dirt covered up). I also got the trim on around the pool edge. There is a gap there. The pool wall itself is a little too high on one side. If I have to change it, I will probley try to lower the one side.

Codes would not let me. It had to be 25ft from the house if it was inground and only 5ft for above. Although I have seen many ingrounds in the area that are closer than 25ft. If I were doing the pool only, it would not be nearly as much work. I am adding a lot of extras.

That is concrete board. I am either going with tile or natural stone for the floor. That will go on top of the concrete board.

Here is some I forgot to post last year. Walls are almost formed. Part of the plywood laid down and cleaned up a little. Almost ready to pour walls and steps.

I got four of the palms planted today and the dirt filled in around them. Hopefully I can get the rest tommorow.

I got the forms cleaned up and went and got six more palms to plant.

Picked up a few cold hardy Windmill Palms today. Got lucky and got all three for $57. I will probley go get a couple more.

I finished the water fall in the front now.

We excavated the dirt in the back down to where it will match the grade of the pool after concrete is poured. Next we will be forming up the walls to pour the conrete walls first.
