Checked the fuse, and the wire in the glass if fine. Removed the cell wire, no light came on in the unit. Could it be an electrical issue? Can the control panel go bad?

I seem to have a leak in my pool somewhere. I am thinking it is the lining. I have had American Home Shield Swimming Pool coverage for the last few years, but never had the need to use it. My question is, if it is in the pool lining, will American Home Shield cover it?
