So trip 1 was just my bad. I forgot to have the load calculations for the electrical which is required if you have 2+ pumps. Trip 2 City of LV reviewed the plans and had some additions needed. Trip 3 the place was closed, and trip 4 plans seemed to be ok. Waiting for final approval. (4-8 days...

So after my 4th trip to the City of Las Vegas building department (they were closed on trip No. 3), Plans are finalized and in for review. Hopefully approved quickly and can start digging within the next week!

I spoke with Larry who did this one New Owner/Builder Pool in Las Vegas and my wife and I went to his house last year. He's been a great asset. Looking forward to breaking ground and getting going, just need to finalize my bids. Trying to get the rockslide bid has been the hardest part.
