    Does dried out algae come back to life?

    Yes, unless you kill the Algae spores, it will come back. You should power wash it while its empty. Power washing and draining the wash down will get the most spores out.

    Padding for a "seat"

    We are builing a pool and we have a "seat" extremely close to the dive rock. Is there something we can purchase to make the seat soft in case a chld jumps wrong and hits the ledge?
