Can it be fixed?

The Gunite never seeped any water before plaster and I don't remember them hitting any ground water.

Anyone know what this is? Had plaster done about 3 weeks ago and now have water looking streaks on walls. The ph did get high initially but it is good now.

I sent off my first plan to get bid and I was given a quote on the rebar. Since then I have had to change the pool dimensions and was trying to figure out how they bid the original plans so I could get a rough idea on my new plans without having to send them off again for a new bid.

Yes I'm aware that it's an engineering question but I am doing an owner build in the country on Texas and don't need any permits. I'm trying to figure out how rebar gets bid. I know the Gunite formula and just want to know if anyone knows the rebar formula??

Does anyone know the formula they use to determine rebar for pool construction??

Okay thanks for the help. I see some people on here go with a 3hp pump. Is that because they have a spa too? Also your pool is about the same size as I am planning, what kind and how many lights do you suggest?

How about horsepower for a pump? My pool will have no spa and be around 30k gallons. Also what size filter?

Actually woody I'm still open on filters and as for automation I am going simple as I can. Nothing fancy just a usable pool. It is mainly for My kids which are 10 and 6.
