    Ok I just went back out and checked the gauge and I was wrong it says 8 psi not 5-6. So I bet I have a bad gauge iam going to call them back and have them sende a gauge. Thanks

    The company and the manual says it needs to run about 4 1/2 psi and 5 1/2-6 is to high.

    I got my bestway above ground pool set up and running for probably a month now and it has the sand filter and pump. I t shows high around 5 1/2-6 psi and isn't supposed to be over 4 1/2 psi. I called and talked to customer service and they said to backwash the system and if that didn't work to...

    Pump keeps flipping GFCI on chord when plugged into timer.

    That is the exact one I tried and did not work so I sent it back. There was something on this site that explained that I woul have to cut off the end of the cord that has the gfci and put regular end on it then put in a GFCI plug before the timer and that would work but don't know for sure.

    I recently put up a best way above ground pool and the manufacture told me to only run the pump for about 8 hours instead of 24/7 like the bigger pools do, but my issue is I put a timer on it but the GFCI on the pump chord keeps flipping every time the timer shuts off the pump so I have to go...
