    Pool Screen Cage

    Pool Screen Cage

I think without the screened enclosure, you will find it will take some extra work to keep pool maintained. I have redone my pool enclosure. Replaced all the rusted screws, cleaned and then re-screened. I replaced all the screws with a nylon head screw. Made a huge difference in appearance...

    Crack in fiberglass sairs

I wonder if drilling a few holes and a spray type expanding foam to fill void would work?

    How to fix this valve

The parts you are holding in your hand are what i call the stem and packing nut. The whole valve is a gate type valve. If you could find the manufacture name on the body, you may be able to find parts at hardware store or plumbing supply. I think the cheapest and easiest is going to just get a...

Changed my pump to variable speed pump. What is your thought

Florida Power and Light will put a whole house surge protector on. I believe they charge something like $9.00 per month and guarantee against surge. Covers pool pump. (just an option) I run mine at 1200 rpm for 8 hours a day and cost just under $1.00 per day.

    Overflow Drain?

I have an overflow that basically looks like a return jet, but is piped outside the deck area. At the end of a pipe is a 180 bend that can be adjusted to set the level of pool water.

    Pool leaking at lights

I am no pool expert, but I am guessing the electrical conduit travels outside the pool deck to a junction box above water level. This way inside conduit would normally be wet. The key here is the outside surface of the conduit should have a good seal to the pool structure or tile.

    "Summerizing" In-Ground Pool?

I have vacation home in Florida that we use about every other month for a week at a time. Had no real choice but to hire a pool service. Just have to find one that is willing to use your method and have a mutual understanding of maintenance. I use a small one-man and wife pool company and works...

    Acid pump supply tubing problems

Tubing is not normally placed over a barb fitting unless it specifically for that purpose. (barbs differ) I am assuming that's a check valve in your picture. the barbs on those are really meant for a softer material like hose. The black tubing in your picture looks like polyethylene which is...

    EasyTouch Programing.

Brian, Programmed your method and all seems well. Yes, I have pool light but it's currently controlled by a switch inside house. I will move light circuit over to Easytouch panel soon. Just had to get replacement pump and panel up and running first. Thanks everyone for the ideas.

    EasyTouch Programing.

Brian, Ok, I believe I understand just create 2 overlapping schedules. The Pool Circuit basically keeps SWG relay on entire time. Pump switches speeds at feature schedule. Thanks I will give it a try.

I was looking at the Pentair equipment. Looks like if you go with their SWG, best would probably just add the Easytouch control.
