Take a 5 gal bucket and fill it half full. Mark the waterline with a sharpie and set the bucket next to the pool. Mark your tile inside the pool. check the 2 after a couple of days. If the bucket has lost an inch so should your pool.

The PCCC is typically anly offered to registered builders. Paramount only allows a small number of builders in an area to install the PCCC. I am not sure about their other models.

On that size of a pool and it being a pool only a 1 hp pump would turn it over in 8 hours. The benefits of a variable or 2 speed pump comes into play if they were to add a water feature or Spa so you can "ramp" up the hp to get good flow out of your jets or sheers or whatever. They are quoting...

With a pool only there is no need for a variable speed pump. Typically Shotcrete or Gunite is around 4,500 psi. That heater is small for a larger pool like that especially for your climate. Is there no deck aorund the pool?

Re: DIY Pool Build - Latin Latitudes Here is a Perimeter overflow that we did a couple of years ago. The catch basin can become the Surge tank but you have to figure the percentage of how much bigger the main pool is over the catch basin so you get it deep enough to handle the surge.

From this post and others your PB is starting to sound suspicious. All of our decks are finished with Polymeric sand. I do pavers on a bout 85% of my projects.

In Orlando I think that a heat pump would be a better choice. I wouldn't want to cover a beautiful roof with solar panles at any cost savings. For an In-floor the PCC 2000 would be a better choice. Are you putting an enclosure around the pool?
