    Aquatrol diagnostic button does nothing, generating light not on

    Just installed a new Hayward Aquatrol unit. The unit has power but no other light on the unit illuminates. Pressing the small diagnostic button does nothing! Doesn't move from 2800 to any other reading. Do we have a bad unit?
