    Would this be bad for the sand pump? I don't want to reduce the flow to the point that it would back up my pump or something.

    Intex Krystal Clear Sand Pump's gauge is always in the red. Broken?

    Yes, the gauge just mounts on the side near the top. Replacing it would be ideal since the pump still appears to be working great! How do I know which gauge I need? The rear mount?

    Hey all, this is our second season using our Intex sand pump. It's an awesome pump and is still working great! We are on day 2 of the swim season this year.     Hi all, This is our third summer with a pool and we're getting serious about it this year. The first two swimming seasons were a lot of trial and error! We just upgraded to an 18' Coleman from a 14' which was a great starter pool for our big family. We have 5 kids from 14 to 1. Looking forward...
