Help! Need to choose return placement ASAP.

Hello! I appreciate all the knowledge in this forum so much. It's been invaluable! I have ran into an issue with our pool builder and he's willing to handle it, but he's not being overly helpful. Our contract states two skimmers & three returns for a 20x40 Grecian style pool, 4'-5'5" in...

    Powder coated worth the upgrade?

Thank you for the input. Actually, we decided not to go with the SWCG. Our pool builder said he would do either for us, but two of the builders we received quotes from kind of talked us out of it due to corrosion issues. We are in Ohio, so the ladders & rails will be removed for the winter.

Who's building it and how much?

Why don't I live in AZ? I'm stuck in Ohio with 9 months of winter and am paying $49k for a basic 20x40 vinyl liner sport pool with 4' of plain concrete decking. Looking at $60-70k after the extra concrete and fencing are added in. I might get 4 months out of the pool each year. The pool...

Is Not Having A Rendering/CAD Drawing A Deal Breaker?

My builder did a quick sketch before he even met with us. He had already driven by and scoped out our yard. That says volumes more to me than an actual artistic rendering. I did create on of my own though so I could better visualize.
