How does the cover plate come off of the Jandy Truclear to change the battery? I tried unscrewing the screws on the outer cover and the cover would not come off.

    Rain or bad SWG?

I have just discovered that the Jandy Tru Clear 11ku 35k does not keep adjustment settings for chlorine without an automated system. Has anyone discovered a way around this on any SWG? After starting every day, I have to manually adjust down to 60-70% so that my SWG does not over chlorinate -...

    Rain or bad SWG?

I use the TFP test kit for SWG and the salt tester....the results I had were weird as I hadn't changed anything in the pool. I all of sudden needed 30+ lbs of sodium bicarbonate and 15 lbs of stabilizer and I could not figure out why as I have been going along great for years. I went to the pool...

    Rain or bad SWG?

...changed signature - tx! Is there a way to test a SWG production? It has listed on the description 420 grams of produced daily. If I am running 24 hours is it possible to test it for productivity? I appreciate all advise and thank everyone who has taken the time to post!

    Rain or bad SWG?

Thank you! I was told it was a 40k model and believed it. I brought the chlorine up to 15 ppm and thought that it would be enough for the swg to keep up with, but apparently not. The voltage checks out so I guess Ill have to go with the slam. Thanks again.

    Rain or bad SWG?

My pool guy isn't keen on looking at a problem because the machine isn't sending out any error code. I just have low chlorine and a cloudy pool. The system is 8 months old. My installer said he talked to Jandy and he has a way to test it now that I've complained for weeks on end trying to get...

    Rain or bad SWG?

My pool installer talked to the Jandy rep and was told if it is over on salt it is not an issue. There are no error codes so my pool guy keeps saying my chemicals are off. Yes I used a K-1766 salt tester. Thanks!

    Rain or bad SWG?

In mid-Florida downpours of rain have been swamping our pool. I can understand that my pool gets out of balance, however I have not been able to have it stay in balance at all. My pool is cloudy and have my SWG running 24/7 because my SWG installer believes his equipment can't be faulty. I had...

2nd year SWG - trying to dial in maintenance #'s for Tampa Bay

I am trying to dial in a correct swg resulting in a good maintenance for this summer. This is the second year I've owned it and I am struggling to stop green algae. Located in Tampa Bay, FL., near a very large oak tree (I remove debris daily) and full sunlight. 13,000 gallon marcite pool...
