    Constant High PH Issues

Yes the booster pump is on the make up line. Would it work if I coordinated the cleaner to only run when the spillway runs? I think there is always water coming thru the cleaner line just not boosted unless it’s running.

There are two automated valves you can see on the picture, the both are open for pool and both closed for spa.

    Constant High PH Issues

Pretty sure it’s the way my goofy builder built the pool, when the spa runs the valves close and it does not spill over, when the pool runs the valves are open and water still goes to the spa causing the spill way to run. There is no way to stop it currently.

    Constant High PH Issues

I can not adjust the spill way, when the pool runs the water flows over the spill way. Kinda stinks but currently there is no option to keep the spill way from flowing over when the pool runs

    Constant High PH Issues

My pool is four years old and i have had the PH issues for awhile, we have a 8' spill way from the hot tub to the pool that runs with the pool runs. I believe this contributes to my issues. I am adding 32 oz of acid every other day to keep my PH below 7.8. Currently my TA is around 60 I...

Dark Bowl/Waterline Ring - New Pebblesheen - HELP!

I had issues with spots in my finish and they drained and did an acid wash. After the wash they used polishing bits attached to a weed eater and buffed the finish to make it smoother. Ended up smoother than the original finish without the spots as well. This could be on option.

    white spots in pool

So I jumped in this weekend and actually ran my hands along the spots one more time, they are actually as sooth/rough as the pool finish so i am beginning to think its not the calcium scale.

    white spots in pool

I have a TF-100, and yes I dropped my TA quite a bit in the last few months as part of a test and it has worked. I have a rather lager spill way from spa to pool and the aeration was causing pH to climb daily and I was having to add acid all the time. I dropped the TA down so see if it would...

    white spots in pool

Yes it is rougher in areas. Theses spots were not there until the last few months. I have brushed and brushed with no luck on them going away. I even spot tested with a wire brush and no change in the small area I tested.

Reading this morning was down to 46! (lots of drops good thing I have a new refill waiting to be used) Question on the PH, I remember reading that you get false readings with High FC, I tested anyways and yes it shows 7.8. My concern is I know that my PH rises rapidly anyway due to large...

So been following now for over a year and made the switch at the end of the season last year (End of Sep). With the pucks all last summer I had several algae breakouts and ended up with my CYA levels over 120. So six months later with just bleach and standard evaporation and kids splashing I...
