    Help with pool patch!!

    I have a hole in my a.g. pool and i bought a pool patch kit. As soon as i put glue on the patch the patch starts to curl up and i cant even work with it to try to fold it over onto itself. Any ideas on what i am doing wrong? Thanks!!
