Opened the pool on Saturday. Water is clear and pool is balanced. Only things out of spec is CH which is 440 and chlorine is still high from being shocked. Opened both skinner baskets and found this yellow film on top of the water. Any idea what it is?

Hi All, Our pool was installed in June of 2015. It is a salt water gunite/white plaster pool. I took the winter cover off today and ran the robot vacuum and found crystals FILLED the basked. The picture is below. Any idea what this is and the cause? Thanks!!
