Just had our pool completed a couple of months ago. It is inground gunite/quartz pool/hottub combo. We have found that it is very difficult to get into and out as there are no steps into the hot tub, just the seating inside. Is there a solution to this problem? Can you purchase steps somewhere...

So they finished the rebar and we noticed that the top step was missing. With our design there are 4 steps and the top step is at 0 because it is even with top of tiling as it is on the same side as our raised bond beam so the tile line/1st step is actually 12" down from the coping/decking.
