Every time my Polaris 3900 Sport turns on, the connector hose comes apart, and the little black nut (like an o-Ring) comes off and drops to the bottom of the pool. The the unattached hose goes nuts and sprays water everywhere. I can reattach it and put the ring back on, and then it works fine...

Hi everyone! We love our pool so far and are kicking ourselves for waiting so long to get one! Only problem so far is with our Polaris hose connector coming apart when the vacuum turns on. Hopefully will find some good info here. :)
