During an ascorbic acid testament it was recommended to use polyquat 60 while chlorine was low, is that the same as a store bought algaecide? If not where does one get polyquat 60?

My liner started getting this yellow stain to it so pool place recommended 2 bottles of stain remover. I did it last week and it was amazing the pool looked great but after a few days the stains are starting to come back. :confused: Any thoughts?
