If you want to keep the neighborhood kids under control then you may have to add another few lines as in:
1."All kids no matter how old until they are paying their own bills 100% MUST be accompanied by their parent or other responsible adult"
2."NO. We do NOT bend on this rule"
3."If you aren't sure if we mean YOU, then re-check rule no. 1"
