 Post subject: renovation costs need help

got an estimate renovating 20X40 with 1200 sq ft of deck bit confused. Think decking is good price $10 sq ft removal and pour. $1500 extra for stamped(think is a steal). But they want $ 1200 to install two skimmers and $2600 for new lines returns and main. That seems high i mean the concrete will be gone how much is a plastic skimmer? Also does anyone know a fair price for deck drain near house? quote is $40 a linear ft. That seems high

MA. Got two bids only could get two guys out here . Price is similar one is a little cheaper on concrete the other includes vermiculite (sp) the bottom, but no main drain included which i think is good to have
