Hey guys, I have an attached hot tub that spills over into pool. When I turn valve to dedicate just for hot tub use my pump water goes down and a whole bunch of air is introduced into my pump. Also my spa water level will drop considerably over the next 24 hours. Could this possibly be a gasket in my valve handle causing water level to drop?

Just to be clear..
The valve in your pic is in the Pool mode..
To select the Spa mode, you need to turn your Intake valve, (the one in front of the pump) so that the spa pipe is open and the pool pipe is closed off.
You also have to rotate your Return (The one after your heater) so that it sends all the water back to the spa and nothing to the pool.
That said.. It does sound to me like your Intake valve has leaking gaskets. I'd replace the shaft O-Rings as well as the Diverter itself.
Make sure you get OEM parts for your specific valve, as others might look like the will work, but often do not.
