Wrong Ahh-some product

Yes, use 20% more of the product and let the purge continue for 45 minutes instead of the 20-25 minutes. It works for sure.

Not the question you asked but I thought I'd throw in my two cents for future reference: I also used to grab my ahh-some on Amazon until I had a long, incredibly helpful conversation with the owner who was happy to walk me through the various benefits of his different products, and steer me towards the right product for my use case (also refreshing: did not try to upsell me to the more expensive product once it became clear it wasn't the right fit). I ordered several products directly off their website, Our Products, it shipped quickly, I got exactly what I ordered, didn't pay anymore, and had a great experience.

Given just how good my customer service experience with them was (god this is rare in this day and age), I personally would recommend buying from them directly moving forward.

We have old fashioned values. We answer every phone call and will spend whatever time it takes to get you taken care of. We have over 60 years of experience in the industry and are still learning.

Add extra sanitizer ( chlorine or bromine), just a small amount will do similar to a typical dose or two, purge for 30 minutes. Wipe away sticky gunk. Add 1/2 additional Ahh-Some dose. Run for another 30:minutes. Wipe away any dislodged gunk. Shut the tub off. Wait 3-4 hours and adda 1/4 dose of Ahh-Some. Run the jets for ten minutes. Wipe gunk. That should do it. Ok to let it set overnight but do not run the jets. Shut the entire system down. Run jets a few minutes in the morning. Drain, rinse and wipe clean. Refill and balance the water.
