Heater icon flashing with Heat Pump

Hi,
Seeing if there are any answers or insights or if the light is still flashing for anyone who had this issue. I had it and my pool was not heating. Pool guy came and replaced temp. sensor, which seemed to fix the issue in terms of it heating, but it is still flashing green and seemingly heating slower than it did before.

Anyone figure this one out?

Hi all,
I have looked all over for an answer to this and cannot find any info, other that a few dead end threads with people asking the same question. My pool stopped heating last week, and when I opened my app to check after having the heater on for a few hours I saw the "Heater" button was flashing green/grey and the water was no warmer. See attached pic for how the button "greys out" and flashes.

I had a tech come out to fix it, and they replaced the temperature sensor and the pool and spa now seem to be heating, but seemingly at slower rate than before and the button is still flashing. Thinking something else is wrong but I cannot figure out what.

Anyone have any insights?

Let's start with what model heater are we discussing?

Post pics of your equipment pad as a misset bypass valve can effect the heat output.

How many gallons are in your pool and what is your location?

OK here is some more info.

Heater is MaterTemp 400HD

Attached is image of heater and panel and setup as best I could get it.

I also noticed when I turn on

Yes, that is how it is supposed to be.

Your heater seems to be working fine.
