Stenner pump stupefaction

Here's hoping someone can help me as I'm frustrated and, as the title said, stupefied that I cannot get my Stenner Econ-T to work. I have literally replaced every single part that you can replace--tubing, ferrules, roller assembly, nuts, pump tube, injection fitting, duckbill. I've used both vinyl and poly, clear and black tubing, just not Stenner brand tubing. I have pushed the tubing as far as it can go and pulled it out again (even using new ferruled each time.)

Still, I cannot get suction. I'm drawing bleach from a 15 gallon tank and it'll occasionally get above the tank top, but nowhere near going into the tubing.

Is my pump just a dud after only three years? I've replaced things before and gotten it back up and running, but the pump stopped a month ago and nothing I've done has been able to help.

Thanks, experts!

You should be able to feel suction and pressure with you fingers on the inlet and outlets of the silicone tube after running the pump for a minute or two.

Are the rollers spread out and compressing the tube fully?

Is the tube old and hard and not able to be compressed enough to pump?

Did you mix up inlet and outlet?

Eliminate all the tubing to make sure it's not the issue.

in the off position can you blow through the tube in the pump? you should not be able to.
