Hello community this has been driving me nuts and so simple. We have a pool that has a jacuzzi connected that over flows into the pool. We also have the solar heating on the roof is it possible to set valves for heating to go directly into the jacuzzi not pool ?

If I am looking at your valves correctly, it looks like you can bypass the solar if desired. As set in that picture, it looks like the solar is not bypassed. So you are running solar and heat pump. Once it comes out of your heater, it looks like you can direct heated water to either your pool, spa, or both. In the picture it would appear that your spa is bypassed and getting no heat.
