Hello TFP friends ~

So over the winter the cover of our AGP pulled up over the sides of the pool and let in some leaves and debris. May 31 pulled off the cover, scooped out lots of leaves and debris then starting testing and slamming on June 1. I've been testing and adding chlorine 3 times per day, brushing and skimming out debris 1-2 times per day. Slow progress of water turning form green to green/blue to blue/green to cloudy blue. Still find light brown debris/dirt piles settling to the bottom of the pool.

When I vacuum with Aquaray air builds up in filter tank. So, obviously an air leak somewhere. So, I babysit and release air every 10 minutes or so. I'm doubting the effectiveness of our filter but can't afford to replace.

Headed out to clean cartridge and start vacuum. Kids are begging to get in there. But I'm keeping them distracted.

Any encouragement is welcome. Yes that's a shameless request for an "at-a-girl". :)

Yes. Last year we installed the pool. Most of the summer was manageable. Pool was left untended for a few days, at one point and I was able to successfully SLAM in one week to recover.
