My husband just built a bench on our deck. He enclosed the sides of it so we can raise the lid and use the area inside for storage. It's already dark here, but I'll try to take some pics for you tomorrow afternoon.

We have the Rubbermaid patio storage bench on the pool deck. Love it!

This deck box is huge, looks great and is lower priced than any other one I have seen for the space. We keep, a bin for towels, another bin for blow up toys and still have a ton of space left over. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/produ ... tion=87.,-

I got the brown Suncast 122 gallon (I think) deck box from Lowe's.
It looks really good, holds all our stuff and even has gas struts on the lid to keep it open or closed. I think it was about $125. We love it.

I second the Suncast with the gas struts from Lowes. It also has metal corner brackets to help make it sturdy. Much better than the ones with flexible plastic pieces in place of the gas struts.
