My husband and I are preparing to purchase a Hot Springs spa. The question has come up as to whether or not we should get the salt or chlorine filtration system. We have been pool owners for quite some time (which has a chlorine system), but know nothing about spas. We have heard about how wonderful the water is with the salt systems, but have also read the problems with them dealing with equipment corrosion and getting the chemical levels "just right." If anyone has had a salt system in their spa, please let us know if you'd recommend it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The salt system is a system that uses salt to make the chlorine in your Spa. I have one for my pool,I don't know how well it will work for a spa.
