2 tubes of Cresent Rolls Dough 2 (8oz.) pkgs. Cream Cheese 1 Cup Mayo 1 pkg. DRY Hidden Valley Ranch Mix 1 Sm. Pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese Fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots ( chopped up into small pieces about 1 cup of each ...give or take)
"Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open and unroll cresents onto 2 separate cookie sheets to form rectangles. Pinch seams together but don't stretch or flatten dough too much. Poke all over with fork to keep it from puffing too much. Bake for about 5 - 7 minutes or just until crust starts to lightly brown on bottom. Remove and cool.
Meanwhile, mix the dry Ranch Mix with the Mayo and then blend in the 2 Cream Cheese. This should be stiff enough to spread onto COOLED pastry crusts. Sprinkle on some shredded cheese then add the chopped carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Cover with film wrap and gently press veggies into sauce. Cool in fridge. When ready to serve cut into little squares. Makes a lot depending on how big you cut the squares.
