Hello, I'm new to the pool scene and just got my first house with a pool. Everything is great so far i just have one little problem. The coping of my pool appears to be painted cement molded to look like flagstone rock around the entire pool. The color that was applied to the coping will come off when you rub it with your hand or sit on it, it gets all over guests sitting on the side of the pool! Is there some sort of sealant i can put on it to get rid of the transfer? Do i have to re-paint the entire coping?
Also the coping that goes down into the water is cracking and pieces are breaking off. How can that be fixed?
What other info can i get you to better describe what is going on?
