I just wanted to chime in and say what a great experience I have had so far in dealing with Pool Services Technologies, and in particular, Sal.

I was about to order the Liquidator from another source, and then I saw a post where Bruce mentioned they also sell the LQ. I contacted them, and within a few minutes, Sal had emailed me back.

In my particular situation, I live in Canada, and as such the shipping can cost a few $$, and vary depending on which service you use (UPS, Fedex, or USPS). Sal and I must have exchanged 20 emails the following day as he was accommodating me trying to find the best way to ship the LQ. I told Sal he probably has never worked so hard trying to get such a small sale...

He gave me a great deal on the LQ (cheaper than the "other" online source), and shipped the LQ using the shipping company I felt worked best for me.

Can't say enough on the fantastic customer service Sal has given me and would highly recommend him for any pool needs he offers...
