I am in my second day of converting to bleach from bacquacil and want to know when I should put my solar cover on. I don't want to damage my cover with the high levels of chlorine, but thought I read in another post to put the cover on near the end of the conversion. Can you please advise? Thanks!

Welcome to TFP!
You do want to put the cover on for about an hour towards the very end of the conversion when the FC level is holding overnight and the FC level is high, just to get any residual baquacil that might be on the cover cleaned up. That short exposure won't have any significant effect on the cover.
