I am having the same problem. (Split off of this topic. JasonLion) My panel is reading HOT. The company said to buy a new cell, and that it is the temperature reading that is not working, which is causing chlorine not to be produced even though my generating light is flashing. Is there any way to fix this w/o buying a new cell?

A pool store should be able to test the cell for you. I can't be much more help than that, sorry!
