Welcome to TFP!

There is an article in Pool School on dealing with Mustard Algae.

Welcome to TFP.

First thing to do is let us help you figure out if it's really mustard algae. Can you post a pic of it?
What does it look like and where in the pool does it grow?

The answer is really the same. You need to start the shock process and if it's mustard algae you'll shock at a higher level.

We also need a full set of test results.

You can stop shocking when you pass the OCLT (You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & You have .5ppm CC's or less) & your water is clear.
