Has the mottled plaster gotten any better with time? Same thing happened to me. The light blue blotch the PB calls "cream" and is supposed to scrub off over time. Mine hasn't. They are going to drain the pool and power wash the plaster to try to get rid of the blotch, but I'm concerned they...
