Well I removed the pump from motor and found the impeller to be clear of debris. The shaft also turns easily. From what I’m finding online, the capacitor could be the issue. Any way to tell if it is bad?

It’s on a 20. Nothing else is on it. The pool is 5 years old and I haven’t had this type of problem before.

My pump was recently out for over two weeks. I added about a gallon of bleach everyday and swept the walls right after. The pool stayed pretty clear for about a week. Right at the end it began to turn green. Surprisingly, after the first night of running the pump the water was crystal clear...
