New pool is being installed tomorrow. I poured a concrete pad for the equipment and am just laying everything out. The pump and filter came with a large plastic base. Do I have to use this? I don’t want everything sitting up 4 or 5 inches higher than the concrete. Nothing here is mounted yet...

Yes that’s why I won’t just run on low all the time at a lower chlorine output. Will Just run what is needed maybe on high speed. I figure the swg would last longer the less hours it is running possibly?

So I called the pool company today to tell them I was wanting to do salt water. Talked to a different person this time. They said ok but acted like I shouldn’t do it. They must make a lot on the aqua smarte stuff. Of course they only want to credit $100 for not taking the chlorinator and a bunch...
