    Troubleshooting Caretaker 99 in-ground cleaning system

    I have the exact same problem as str8deal. I have replaced the guts and the heads pop up but do not rotate. No debris anywhere and the pressure is good. No air in the lines anywhere. Is there a trick to properly installing the replacement guts?
