Pool:
Purchased pool and hot tub with new house January '23 in the KC metro area.
First pool opening April 15, '23. It was black as night.
Hot tub used since January has been bromine since before we owned it. Dump time is soon!
Relearning pool chemistry and reverse engineering the systems. LOTS of issues and deferred maintenance.
**All stats on equipment are best guess. I have pictures of any labels I could find. But models are tricky and no idea age of anything.
Pump and filter work!!! Everything else, not so much. SWG and Heater, do not function.
Hot tub likely coast brand, probably from the 90's or 00's

Inground vinyl, approx 4->9ft, 16x32. Liner and anchored mesh safety cover 2018. Pentair superflo pump, Hayward pro series sand filter.
*non functional* versa heater and intellichlor SWG. Unknown model series.
Coast Spa(?), 5 seats, unknown model or age. AO Smith pump, cartridge filter(?), Balboa VS series heater (?)
