Yes DanPik. On Monday all was high - ph, chlorine, alkalinity - they had me ph balancer and on Tuesday...add pool 1st aid - and told me not to add anything else. Tuesday before I added pool 1st aid...everything - according to dipstick testing - was low! The pool is now drained - will get in...
