When I turn the shaft it seems a little hard to turn and make a little noise. Once it is turned, and the motor cools down it seems to kick on without issue after a few turns. While it is running it sounds quiet and normal. Any ideas??? :)

I'm leaning more towards that, as I could get that 2 speed motor for less than $300 by reusing that skimmer housing part. It seems pretty easy as well according to that video. So is it really a 30 minute job basically?

Any suggestions on where to buy the capacitor as it seems to be around $45, which is quite a bit more expensive than I was thinking.
