Yes, several times. Note that circulation pump is wired for 240V, booster wired for 120V. Clock stopped holding time during power outages shortly after warranty expired. Not impressed with Pentair at this point.

Sounds like bearings have failed. I have seen kits for sale, though I had trouble getting the impeller off on our pump.

Thanks, Tom. Probably a diode between the supply and capacitor that isolates the capacitor when power goes down. Either the capacitor has failed, or the current drain on the micro-controller has gone up. Pentair probably chose this approach to avoid the hassles of making a moisture tight...

Thanks for the feedback, will check on the O-ring. Looks like the thread on the clock not keeping time died out with no resolution. Anyone know of a schematic for the drive floating around, or a source that rebuilds the drive?
