Been a while, but wanted to close the loop. It ended up being a pinched bulkhead o-ring. Replaced that and the problem went away.

Just checked it. Nothing looks out of whack although I do notice the handle is a little loose (does not spring back - introducing some up and down play). I cleaned everything and things feel like it’s back to normal. Will know later if it fixed it. Thanks for the advice.

Hi Jason, I did just that soon after and the readings were still incorrect, leading me to believe it was not producing chlorine and adding acid. Regardless the tech came out and replace the Tri sensor and that fixed the salt, pH, and ORP readings. Then when enabling the "HAS FLOW SENSOR"...
