This summer I had a leaking skimmer where it attaches to the pool, somehow the water bubbled the paint. Any suggestions on what kind of paint to use to touch up this area?

Is it really necessary to have a pillow under the cover? I have one now but it seems like every time it rains or snows everything gathers unevenly on one side of the cover which in turn puts excessive pressure on the opposite side of the cover. Should I just get rid of it all together?

I was wondering how often I should run my pump.I just got the pool two weeks ago and just got the electric hooked up two days ago. I've been running it 24 hrs non stop on low. It is a 2 HP power pump and I use filters.
