I was quite disappointed with my solar sun rings. They didn't do much heating, possibly some heat retention, and they also dropped tons of **** into the pool everytime I removed them. With 15 of them, it would have been far less hassle to just have a blanket with no reel.

I bought the rings, optimistically hoping that they would be better than the negative reviews I had read portrayed them to be. I was wrong. Go with the solar blanket.
