I plan to get the CYA further down in a couple weeks. Did a SLAM on Friday and waiting for the numbers to still drop. CYA 100 FC ~20 I saw that as long as it’s below the slam amount it’s safe to swim. It looks great and barely smells like Chloramines. Safe to use today?

This model uses a stainless steel shaft. It’s in there. It just looks like the mechanism got stuck on the left side and does not have enough room to shift to the right. Can I wedge it over with a flathead or is there a better way?

Yes, I’ve been running my pump 24/7 and chlorinating either by liquid chlorine or pucks. I had a pool guy mess up early on by raising the ph and alk and making everything cloudy. Water is crystal now but I’m wondering how to stay in the .5-1ppm residual. I’m either at .5 or 3-5.
